Mixed experience, Room issues and noise disturbance

The airport shuttle service was prompt and useful for getting to the airport.
They yelled and ran until 3 a.m. The hotel staff did not intervene to stop this disruption. This disturbance prevented sleep.

The airport shuttle runs frequently. That worked well for me.
i had a prepaid reservation (or so i thought!). during check-in, the staff told me they had no record of it. then, i asked for a luggage cart, but none were available. it took them over half an hour to find one after i complained.
